Description of classes:

Easy does it Yoga: gentle classes suitable for everyone. Slow, deep stretches combined with focused breathing and simple yoga postures.
 
Beginners:  Students -new to yoga

Vinyasa flow: Vigorous class ...connecting the poses with a flowing movement (vinyasa) & your breath.  Students must have knowledge of poses and knowledge of correct alignment.
 
YOGA all level class: is for students who have learned the basic poses,  or have been practicing yoga.
**This is not a beginner class or an advanced class.

Flow class:  This sequence we slowly build up body heat by gently moving from one pose to another, while linking our breath to movement.  A gentler flow then a vinyasa but will still get your heart pumping.  Class ends with a 10/15 minute savasana/relaxation.  All levels class
